Dining Out For Less in Dallas

It is said that Dallas, Texas has more restaurants per capita than New York City. That is not hard to believe because we Dallasites love good food and there is no shortage of restaurants around town to indulge every taste, cuisine and appetite. Mexican, steaks, French, Thai or just good old fashion home cooking. You name it and Dallas has it.

Taking advantage of all this delicious choices in cuisine can be expensive. Here are a few tips you can use to enjoy dining out for less in Dallas.

Eat Lunch

Most fine dining restaurants offer a lunch menu that is very similar to their dinner menu. Often with slightly smaller portions (which is good for our waistlines) and much smaller prices.  For example, dinner entrée at Al Biernat’s can cost from $22 to $68,  while the lunch menu is between $11 to $24 per  person. Similarly, the Market lunch menu at Craft|Dallas is $28.00, while the 3-course Chef’s Tasting Menu is $75  per person.

Use  Coupons

Another great way to enjoy the best of Dallas dining is to use coupons. Many restuarants offer special deals and discounts. Take a look at the coupons Concierge Connection has on this website. And we are adding more all the time.
